Chief Strategic Officer
Craig spearheads the growth and direction of IBF. He is responsible for business development, strategic alliances, policies & procedures, management of the staff and launching and managing IBF spin-off companies. Craig previously developed and produced conferences in the areas of venture capital, retirement asset management, clean-tech and healthcare innovation. Craig joined IBF from Chase Manhattan Bank in 1998 where he spent five years in credit risk management. He has an undergraduate degree in Communications from Adelphi University. |

President
Christina Riboldi is responsible for producing venture capital and capital markets conferences for IBF, as well as cultivate and develop strategic relationships with key investment professionals and financial services organizations across the private equity industry. With close to a decade of experience in driving these industry events, she has been instrumental in the expansion IBF's product base of conferences and affiliations with an international cross-section of private equity firms and investment boutiques.
The scope of her responsibilities includes program due diligence, strategic relationship development, recruiting speakers and cornerstone sponsorships, in addition she manages all aspects regarding planning, programming and implementation of the event. Ms. Riboldi produces the successful annual Venture Investing Conference, IBF's flagship event, as well as other VC related programs. She received her undergraduate degree from the New York State University at Albany. |

Chief Financial Officer
Henry's career spans 25 years and includes roles as a senior Leader and Manager. He has held executive positions as, Board Director, President, COO, CFO and General Management in a number of diverse industries. These roles have given him the experience to lead businesses from inception to maturity. Henry's successes stem from the development of inherited systems and controls to ensure process driven initiatives.
Henry has experience in developing business plans and leading a Company to execution. His strategy is to develop a team environment and to engage all members, while recognizing and recruiting talent in all business areas, and to create a culture where members have the ability to experience success. He has success with startup businesses where he held positions as a member of the board of directors, CFO and Vice President of Operations.
Henry has earned a Baccalaureate degree in Accounting and a Masters (MBA) in Management and Leadership, from the Townsend School of Business at Dowling College. |

Chief Operating Officer
Joanne Carrillo is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of International Business Forum. Her business activities include accounting, marketing and IT technology.
Joanne joined IBF in August 2004 from Perot Systems, where she was the Corporate Technology Trainer. She attended C.W. Post University and has an undergraduate degree in Accounting/Business Management. |

Director of Special Projects
Sara Stark Mikolich has been working for IBF since 2002. She has helped developed the special projects division which includes the webcasts, managed events and strategic partnerships with industry organizations such as Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA), Emerging Markets Private Equity Association (EMPEA), and National Venture Capital Association (NVCA). As the Lead Project Manager for the Managed Events, Sara oversees the partnered conferences and all aspects related to venue and logistics, client interfacing with IBF and the marketing team and registration teams, speaker and sponsor liaison and onsite implementation. She also works with the partners on content development where needed. Some of IBF's key industry managed events include the ILPA General Partner Summit, the EMPEA/IFC Global Private Equity Conference, and the past NVCA/IBF Webcast series.
Sara has been working on events and conferences since 1997, ranging from the music industry to sports marketing/events to technology events to the private equity industry. She received her degree in Communications & Journalism from the University of Minnesota. |

Senior Event Manager
Carissa joined International Business Forum in 2007. She is responsible for managing and producing IBF's life science and healthcare conferences, as well as aligns and develops strategic relationships with key investment professionals, associations, and financial organizations across the venture industry. Carissa is instrumental in securing key program discussions, speakers, presenting company recruitment, and conference sponsorship sales. Recently, Carissa has taken on the responsibility of meeting planning and hotel logistics for her events. She has spoken at Pace University & Hofstra University to enlighten college students about "Success and Challenges after College". Carissa currently serves on a local board for the Elizabeth T. McNamee Memorial Fund for Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) and participates annually in the Two Day 35 mile Breast Cancer Walk on Long Island. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Pace University - NYC. |

Marketing Manager Theresa joined International Business Forum in November 2007 with a strong and diverse background in marketing. She is responsible for all aspects of market¬ing for the organization, including upwards of 15 conferences per year. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to direct mail, internet and e-mail marketing, establish¬ing marketing timelines, planning and budgeting along with post event analysis of all marketing efforts. Theresa received her Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from Adelphi University. |

Sr. Marketing Associate/Creative Designer
Sandra joined International Business Forum in 2001. Her core responsibilities are designing our brochures, postcards and flyers. She also assists marketing and coordinates all onsite shipments to our events. Prior to joining IBF Sandra spent over 5 year working in the manufacturing industries in direct marketing. |

Executive Producer
Danielle began her career at IBF in 2005 as a summer intern and rejoined the IBF team in January 2011. Danielle is responsible for managing and establishing strategic marketing partnerships as well as assisting in meeting planning and production of conferences. Danielle comes to us from Sperry Credit Union where she spent five years in marketing, specializing in electronic communications. She received her undergraduate degree from the New York State University at New Paltz. She also received a Certification in Marketing from the American Management Association. |

Marketing Coordinator
Karin began her career at IBF in 2011 as a marketing intern. She is responsible for supporting all aspects of marketing, support in the creative design of postcards, brochures and flyers, as well as onsite support for the conferences. Karin received her undergraduate degree in Marketing with a concentration in Advertising and Promotion in May 2011 from Pace University in New York City. |
