We are pleased to announce that IFC's 10th Annual Global Private Equity Conference will be held again jointly with EMPEA on May 15-16, 2008 in Washington, D.C. at The Ronald Reagan Building, the same facility where last year's event was held.

This annual conference brings together a mix of private equity players - fund managers, institutional investors, financial institutions and others who are active in the global private equity industry in emerging markets. The goal is to present key trends and provide a forum to discuss issues relevant to the industry.

Last year, the Ninth Annual Global Private Equity Conference drew over 700 participants and featured keynote speeches by leading industry professionals.  Panel discussions covered topics such as the Globalization of Venture Capital; breakouts on emerging regions like Latin America and Africa; the State of Energy and Infrastructure in Emerging Markets and many others.
