Cancellations received in writing to IBF Conferences 30 days prior to the conference date, will receive a refund
minus a $300 administration fee. Thereafter, refunds are not available. Name substitutions may be made at any
time by calling IBF at (516) 765-9005 or faxing IBF at (516) 765-9015. Any promotional discounts after
payment has been received cannot be honored.
